One of the best things about going on this little trip was witnessing the dynamics between the kids. All five of them interacted, finding many creative ways to entertain each other. (They are still giggling about some!) This is George, making his bug (toy) hold a French fry.

Learning to amuse yourself in the car on long trips, with your siblings, is one of the great skills I learned growing up! It's good your kids will have the experience too!
I mean, don't YOU remember "classic" car events: milk spewing all over the windows, G putting cookies on A's shoulder and getting whopped in return, NP insisting to sleep on my carseat, you and G in charge of sandwiches, Dad opening the window a crack, madlibs, pillow 500 rum, coloring?
Tent stories are another topic!
