Celebrations
Hello! Happy belated St. Patrick's Day! (Now that we know Jim has Irish blood in him, we are being more active in celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Neither of us really celebrated it, growing up.) We had quite a weekend. Margie lost her very first tooth on Friday, when her Aunt Anne was over. And she lost the second one on Monday. That was Margie's big news. The other news is, ****drumroll please**** Jim turned 40! He had the nicest birthday. The weather was beautiful. Laura, Mark, and their kids came over, to help celebrate. We were getting ready to walk to the park, when Michael showed up. After a good hour at the park, we came home to have Jim's Gimli cake and ice cream sundaes. Laura and family left, and Baba, Grandpa, and George came by (and Grandpa treated us to pizza). Everything was really nice, and Jim was very touched by all the cards and gifts people sent his way. (Nicholas came over the next day.) Here are some photos from his birthday
